Nations In Action's investigative journalists have gathered witnesses and sources, presenting evidence of election theft, infrastructure, and key individuals involved. Our global network has uncovered election fraud mechanisms in both the United States and internationally. NIA was the first organization to call for an immediate investigation into the use of Leonardo SpA’s system, which manipulates satellites capable of altering the 2020 US election and elections in other countries. Additionally, NIA has revealed election misconduct in US state elections and various other nations.

NIA submitted evidence and affidavits from Italy to Congress, linking the US government to Leonardo through the use of military software. In December 2020, the organization also briefed President Trump, explaining how the election was allegedly stolen.

Furthermore, NIA has advised citizens and assisted in presenting testimony and evidence to various state elected officials. Our organization has developed and provided strategies for state senate hearings and legislative sessions. NIA's exposé of systemic election fraud has resulted in the removal of officials and has initiated local law enforcement investigations.

An American residing in Switzerland has provided information to support Nations In Action's investigation into foreign interference in the US presidential election. Neal David Sutz has identified Scytl and the Swiss connection with the voting industry. He has supplied evidence files to Joseph Flynn and Sidney Powell. While Nations In Action has not yet fully verified all the information, we are actively working on it and are committed to full transparency.
